Bophut Resort and Spa or Anantara Bophut?

Think we’ve narrowed it down to these two for the last week of our Thailand holiday in 2020. Anyone with experience of either of these who could help us choose? DC will be 14 and 11 when we travel.
Or feel free to throw a spanner in the works if anyone has any other resorts they think would be better suited? Thanks.

I've stayed at Anantara Bophut twice....once in 2015 with 3dcs (15,17 and 20) and again last year with husband alone!
It's very well placed next to Fisherman's village, so loads of places to eat/ drink and there's the walking market twice per week
The breakfast in hotel is amazing with loads of choices from traditional Thai/ Asian food , which my dh loved to regular bacon and eggs, pancakes etc and amazing fruit. Food in evening was top notch, although pricier compared to restaurants in village
We stayed in sea view suite which was beautiful, with very comfortable beds and huge bathroom .It overlooked gardens and pool and out towards sea. Grounds are not huge but very lush and well maintained and amazing tropical plants and orchids everywhere
The pool is lovely and we spent a lot of our time lazing there, dcs were perfectly happy splashing in pool....sand on beach was coarser than some other beaches on island and not much shade, so we didn't spend as much time there
The staff were lovely and very welcoming and the spa is definitely worth a visit
We went on excursions to Ang Thong marine reserve which was fantastic as well as a private island tour to temples and waterfalls
We did a cooking lesson at the hotel with the chef, which included a visit to local market which was great fun.
If you're open to suggestions...have a look at Anantara Rasananda on Koh Phangan...this was actually even better than Koh Samui and beach was fabulous and village much less commercialised
The Airport on Koh Samui is lovely...like nothing else we'd encountered previously!
Its a wonderful place for a holiday
