Need somewhere near to Peterborough for a day out with my kids. Can anyone help??

There is Nene Railway line which is really good if your 2 like trains, Thomas Tank is there at certain times of year.

Scarewell Farm is an excellent farm and we spend many happy hours there.

Ferry Meadows country park which has lake, playareas, minature railway.

Stamford only a 15-20 minute drive and you have Burghley House and its new water garden
