Villa/holiday cottage Montenegro

I’ve been looking at Montenegro for August 2020 for our family holiday. Not into package deals or all inclusive really so was looking for a villa with pool or holiday cottage in a complex. I’ve trawled Air bnb and other similar websites but ideally what I’m looking for is like what I was recommended (and loved) in Hvar Croatia a few years ago.
A little cluster of cottages with a shared pool - owner lived on site and cared for it, much like what you get an abundance of in Devon and Cornwall.
Anyone know of anything like this in Montenegro? Or of a fab villa with pool for a family of 4.

Not been to this one but what about something like this below. There are a couple of apartments with pools on Booking.com too - but looks like some don’t have their availability for next year up yet...

We stayed in the Kotor Vista apartments a few years ago. We chose it for the size of the pool, the views and the fact that it is walking distance to Kotor. Not exactly what you are looking for, but I would recommend.
