DH has decided that this is our destination. I've never heard of it.
Will it be suitable for DS (2.3)yo ??

I was rather disappointed (though admittedly it rained a lot). Went with DD (aged 1.6)earlier this year. I'd heard it was unspoilt, but while there wasn't much high rise development, there was a lot to sprawling low rise building sites, and it wasn't a very attractive place. Beach is OK, though nothing special. There are a couple of playparks. People are child -friendly, but food wasn't good (apart from a great Syrian restaurant!). Going into the surrounding mountain areas is nice, but depends what you want to do, really. Is nice and quick to get to from Paphos airport, but we won't be going back.

We went to Cyprus earlier this year and stayed at Paphos but visited Polis for a half a day. We went into the older part and not down by the beach which we thought was quite pretty but admittedly it was only a couple of streets. I wouldn't have thought that the sleepy place we saw would be suitable for a 2.3 yo. If it were us we'd be a bit bored however you could hire a car cos they drive on same side of the road. TBH we weren't impressed with Cyprus at all and won't be going again.
