Up to date prices for 2020

I'm trying to book a holiday to Portugal in july 2020 for my family. I've tried booking about 5 different places (villas/apartments) on different booking sites and everytime it gets cancelled as the prices are not up to date. When they give me updated prices they are at least £500 more, sometimes nearly doubled. Does anyone know when prices for 2020 will be accurate on sites?

Not a villa but I've booked for July next year with Jet 2. Don't know if that is any help?

If you are using HomeAway/OwnersDirect or similar you’re best emailing the owner first if it’s into next year. Ive had the same experience several times unfortunately.

Package holidays and companies like James Villas are different.
