Family holiday with young adults/teens

Help! My kids are 19, 17 and 15 and we’ve only been on 1 holiday abroad to Spain. 4 years ago. So want to make this a special one.
Looking for a summer holiday 2020

1. Europe
2. great pool area
3. Easy to fly to
4. scenic area (lakes and mountains would be a bonus)

Any suggestions please

Look at Jet2Holidays and their villa with private pool selections & hire car included. You will get more for your money than going to a resort.

Im always going on about eurocamp but i think you can't go wrong really if there's a decent pool and other kids similar ages they can go hang out with without you.

Norway is very scenic and easy to fly to. Lot of teenage activities like ziplining, kayaking, whitewater rafting, canyoning, rock climbing. Airbnb is cheaper than hotels. A pool is likely to cost a lot unless using a public pool but lots of lakes and rivers and sea.

Austria also great for scenery - Area 47 looks aimed at teenagers. Easy to fly to.
