Hi
I'd like to take my family on holiday abroad for the first time - 2 adults, 2 kids (4+6). Having read the recent Mallorca thread and through the totstotravel website we fell in love with the Zafiro palace alcudia, and also noticed it's cheaper sibling tropica. However, as it's our first proper holiday with the kids I'm trying to balance what I'm after with our budget! Five days was too much with Zafiro unless we go for the budget rooms and no AI.
We aren't set on Mallorca, but if anyone had recommendations for what we're after, the destination is flexible.
All inclusive that's actually nice,
Fab pools for kids,
Waterpark nearish
Airport not a total marathon away (up to 1hr)
Beautiful beaches
Lots of ice-cream!
Any ideas or recommendations from those more experienced? I like the idea of a smart resort, don't mind who's there, just want as easy an experience as possible!
Kids club and babysitting would also be attractive but I'm anxious about those
Thank you.

I am looking for the exact same thing! Just been looking at Mallorca and can’t believe the prices of some AI places!

What is your budget?
Do you have to go during school hols?

Thanks for the replies! I do have to stick to hold unfortunately but can go as early as July 11th. Budget is under £1400 for up to 5 days.

Mallorca is expensive. Have a look at mainland Spain, or Greece (though flights long for a short break).
