Recommended beach hol with little kids

Kids are 5 and 7. Can anyone recommend a european beach holiday, ideally all inclusive with a few choices about where to eat. Kids club too. And maybe a couple of pools? Cheers

Menorca is lovely for little ones. White sands and clear waters. Couples and families mainly go to Menorca.
