Holiday for 6 adults + 4 children. Anyone have any suggestions to get me started?

Looking now for next year. 6 adults plus 4 kids (4,7,9,11). Somewhere with nice weather and a pool. Happy to look at all inclusive or self catering. Wondering if anyone has been any where nice they could recommend?

I've heard very good things about the Merton Hotel in Jersey.
