Healthcare needed in Thailand

A friend of mine had a termination a week before travelling abroad. She was 5 weeks pregnant - her pill failed as she's been consistently on contraception for 4 yrs.

She was told to expect bleeding for a fortnight but it's now the third week and it's heavier, with some clotting and stomach pain. She doesn't really know what to do. I've told her to seek medical attention. Advice please.

You may bleed heavily, moderately, lightly or not at all, for one to three weeks after the abortion. Some women do not start to bleed until several days after the abortion, some stop bleeding and then start again, some pass clots with strong cramps for several days.
