I'm considering moving to Derby or Manchester with my kids, I have two girls and a boy and the oldest one is 5 years old, I want to know which city is best to raise kids, in terms of good schools, low crime rate and affordable living . I'm also thinking of Cambridge but I was told is a little bit expensive there.
