October all inclusive for family with three kids - ideally apartment or suite

Any suggestions for AI apartment of suite for two adults and three kids for October half term. Europe only - probably Spain or canaries or Portugal or Croatia though would consider others. Kids want a kiddie pool. Dh wants a nearby town. I want to read a book, just one. Not worried about weather really - as long as warm enough to swim outside.
