Hi, am hopefully travelling to Orlando area over Easter 2020.
Have organised flights and car hire already and now need to sort out a villa.
Have seen some we like as a family in the following areas. Kissimmee,Davenport and Clermont.
Can anyone recommend or help us choose area? We are aware we will have to travel to restaurants etc but as 1st timers are wary of being in a run down or too out of the way development. Thanks

Windsor hills in Kissimmee is perfect - 10-15 mins drive from Disney and close to shops and restaurants. Villas have pools, and there’s a large pool for the complex. 20-30 mins from universal and seaworld.

We booked a 3 bed villa through this company who were excellent

we stayed in sunset lakes and it was perfect as an area in terms of accessibility and it was also quite quiet as well. have a look at the books WDW with kids and beyond WDW with kids. we found them invaluable when planning as they have maps in them showing where the major estates are for accommodation.

Have stayed at this villa on our last 3 trips to Kissimmee, it’s on Emerald Island which is a really nice gated development 10 mins drive from Disney - highly recommend it www.holidaylettings.co.uk/rentals/kissimmee/543769
