Hi
Couldn’t fly on hols due to illness.
Need a no show confirmation and refund of tax from Ryan air.
Can I do this by any route other than holding for ages on premium phone line ?

No but do save the call details from your next bill and you can probably claim it back on your travel insurance.

I did once get £19 back for a 47 minute call to them.

Ryanair online chat is useless. I got advice from them once about luggage which ended up being wrong and cost me £30.
