Dd 20 and I have some time off next week Sunday lunchtime to Thursday am.

We were going to go camping in a roof tent in the NE but the forecast looks dire. I woke up this morning and wondered if we should attempt to go away away.
Is there anywhere lovely we could go short haul?

Somewhere we could walk to restaurants, near a beach not super busy...

I have £350 in Airbnb vouchers which would be great to use.

It's such short notice I don't know where to start.

Any ideas would be great, even a don't be ridiculous it's not possible. I'm too frazzled from work and the heat to think straight.

Maybe Portugal? Or South of France. Is a beach a must? Lisbon and Barcelona pop to mind if not.

Oh exciting! On sky scanner, you can put in your dates and your start airport and then put anywhere/everywhere for the destination.
There’s a setting you should have your browser on so tha5 the prices don’t shoot up but I can’t remember what it’s called, sorry!
It will then list countries and airports and how much the tickets will cost. As you’ve only got three full days I would look in Spain, Italy or France so the flight isn’t too long. Good luck!

Look at El Campello, you need flights to Alicante and then you can get bus and tram lovely spapinsh working town, beautiful see front, I'll look for some Airbnb for you.

Ps given recent weather, I’d definitely do some googling of forecasts as it may be blisteringly hot in some places at the moment. That said, my parents are on holiday in southern Italy at the moment and it was cooler than london 30, instead of 38!

Find your nearest airport and see what flights are available cheap - there's bargains to be had but some airports hold their prices more than others (east mids is particularly pricey!)
