Just got wind of mumsnet travel scammers abfa, sunlight travels which apparently are the same people. I just got the same treatment from travel internationals in Croydon, London. Exact same scam. special deal price. once paid deposit, they email qantas withdrawn the deal and i had to pay 4 times the price for same flight. what should i do? I threaten them that i will call trading standards etc and max was lying throughout and refused to pass to manager, one call sophie, max lied about our conversations that he never spoke to Allen and then said give vouchers to use against future purchase. i am still trying to get my deposit back which he now claim is a booking fee and cancellation charge if i refused to use to buy future tickets.
