Luggage with Thomas Cook/EasyJet

Due to go on holiday next week. I booked a package with Thomas Cook however the flight is with easyJet. On all my holiday documents it says we have 15kg luggage allowance. But when I checked in online with easyJet it says we have 23kg each. Do I play safe and go with the 15 or risk it and go up to 23?

Where shall we go ?
We've ( quite unusually) got 4 days off together - me, DH and 2 adult sons. Only one of the son s is earning yet, and money is quite tight, so probably looking for last minute airbnb. Somewhere within 3 hours drive of London, nice scenery, maybe something historical, could but not necessarily be near a beach, must be near pub and shortish walks. We are quite geeky as a family.

If you're flights are with Easyjet, I would have thought that you were subject to EJ rules, which is 23 kg.

To have a hold bag with them, you must have paid a fee, can you see this on your invoice anywhere? I would probably check with EJ using online chat or something, because then hopefully they will look at your actuall booking and confirm, but if you check in and you get a piece of paper saying 23 kg luggage allowance, it will be pretty hard for them to argue otherwise at the check in desk.

EasyJet now do several different weights of hold luggage at different prices. The max you can take is 32 but you can also pay for 23 or 15. I would check what you've paid for
