Has anyone had any problems with mosquitoes in the Netherlands in August? DH gets very badly bitten whenever there are mosquitoes about, and I'm keen to avoid anywhere where they are known to hang out. We were thinking of a couple of days in Amsterdam plus a stay in the countryside. I'm aware that mosquitoes breed in water, and that there is water all around...
