Balearic Islands - quiet adult only hotels

Any recommendations please?

Not bothered which island as they seem pretty similar. It must be adult only, decent food or walkable restaurants, close to a beach, preferably no more than an hour's transfer time from the airport and individually controlled air conditioning is a must..

Artiem Audax in Cala Galdana, Menorca is adult only. They do buffet style half board breakfast and dinner. The beach is very close and the transfer time from the airport is short. Cala Galdana isn’t a loud resort in general.

There are 2 in Puerto Pollensa on Mallorca - Mar Senses or Hotel Pollentia.
