Be great to hear your stories for keeping a little one entertained on the plane!

we got a toddler travel table like this, and brought with us some chunky lego, a few cars, finger puppets, a colouring book and a blow up ball. the table made sure we could keep all the little pieces contained, and meant that dc could lean on something whilst colouring.

I would also get a few of these, and fill them with snacks such as cheese puffs, raisins or fruit snacks. the lid design makes the kids take longer to eat as they can only get one or 2 snacks out at a time.

i also brought a harness like this along, that attached to the plane's original seat belt. I felt more secure knowing dc couldn't wriggle out of the belt, and I could strap them into it to watch a movie etc.

I would definitely download a few movies/tv episodes, and bring kiddie headphones along with you. they can be useful distractions.

all the best x

@sleepismysuperpower1 WOW thank you so much for your tips - great ideas, especially the desk and the harness, would not have thought of that.

thank you for posting x

Would that little table attach to an aeroplane seat? Thanks

sleepismysuperpower1 · 09/07/2019 15:21

@Chocolateandcarbs it doesn't attach, just has 2 legs which sit on the seat either side of the child x

Thank you 😊
