Self catering in Denmark

We are in Falster (fairly rural but within reach of a sizable town) for a fortnight self catering. I don't know what to expect in terms of food shopping - apart from not being cheap! Will there be food markets, little food shops or big supermarkets? Any tips? Thanks!

We usually shop in Rema 1000 which is a small supermarket by uk standards but should have everything’s you need. Get some dark bread and various flavors of herring, delicious! We arrive next weekend and I can’t wait!
