Caribbean - equivalent to Neilson / Mark Warner?

We used to holiday with Neilson and Sunsail in the old days when our kids were small.

We’d like to do something similar now the DC are teens, but as DS is year 11 next year we were thinking of the Caribbean at Easter.

Are there any recommendations for something similar to Neilson etc in the Caribbean?

I had a look for similar op, the only one I could find is Curtain Bluff on Antigua and that was mostly geared up for tennis.
Club Med might be on option?
We ended up in Mauritius, the DCs had unlimited water skiing, sailing and tennis.
