Just a wee nod..
I had problems with my booking and this lot were fabulous, caring and patient
I don't work for them!
After such sympathetic customer service I just wanted to give them a thumbs up, publicly.
It's not often a huge company show compassion and understanding.
I just want to follow through on my pledge to them to relay their kindness to my family.
