Taking daughter on holiday

Just concerned as my surname is different to DD11. I am divorced and returned to my maiden name. Also I am not married to my partner (not her dad) so his surname is different too. Is there going to be an issue at either airport? We are travelling to Majorca in August.

Shouldnt be an issue. All my kids have different names to me, and Ive travelled on my own with all of them. There was only one time I got questioned about it (dover/calais ferry) and I was pretty annoyed about it, and they let me through anyway.
Mostly now, they just subtly ask the kid a question to determine if youre their mum.

Take her birth certificate. You may be asked for a letter of permission from her dad if he is on the birth certificate
