Aaaagh!!
It's taken us seven months to finally sort out our holiday in Barbados. First of all the hotel refurb's not going to be completed, then Virgin deny they know anything about it and finally when they do admit we won't be going to the hotel we first chose, were very reluctant to give us any compensation for a complete change of resort
Anyway, dh rings me this morning to ask whether I'd heard anything about the proposed industrial action by Virgin cabin crew. It seems like our holiday may be doomed. I'm really cross because I planned & booked back in January and now we are not only not getting what we wanted, but we might also now not be able to go at all.

Anyone work for Virgin who might be able to reassure me?
