SELLING A FLAT: ADVICE PLS

I have a flat about to go in the market.

One bed opposite a lovely London park.

Haven't yet spoken to any estate agetns.....

Any tips when it comes to the whole duda very welcome!

The flat is impecable, white painted, blinds and curtains, new bathroom and kitchen wiht oak floors.... unfurinished!

Please your tips with Mrs Snoek!

Whatever you do, haggle. they will probably suggest 2% or thereabouts and if it's going to be easy to sell, which it sounds like (it's been done up and is in a good location), you should be able to get them down to at least 1% if not 0.5%.

Also, don't be tempted to go with an agent that isn't familiar with the area. If you were looking to buy a flat in that area, you'd be looking in the window of the closest estate agents, so go with one of them.
