NYE in Spain

Can anyone recommend a good Spanish resort for NYE? Two (mature) adults, so no clubbing! Am looking for a hotel with a dinner/dance or a restaurant with dinner/dancing.

Must it be Spain?
For a slightly longer flight you could do the Royal Savoy in Funchal, which would also have marvellous views of Funchal's world famous fireworks display. There will definitely be a dinner/dance.
That would be my dream NYE.
