Mosquito repellent

I generally get bitten like I'm the only person in the country! Does anyone have any advice on the best repellent?

I use max strength wipes and also anti mosquito (free) app on my phone which I keep near me in the evenings. I usually get badly bitten but using these have managed to avoid for about 4 years.

Ooh, and max strength plug ins - I take about 3 with me.

I used to use tropical strength ones from Boots but they stopped doing them, so use Home Bargains ones now (tropical strength).

I use Mosi-Off Deet impregnated bands for ankles & wrists. Not very pretty, but work well.
