Orlando waterparks

Has anyone any advice on which is the best waterpark in orlando now? Last time we went to wet'n'wild but now it's shut!

Typhoon Lagoon is always my family's favourite. The wave lake is amazing as are all the slides. Particularly good for older children/teenagers.

i agree typhoon lagoon ,there is the seaworld water park its fun but more lines

We went to blizzard beach last year and loved it. My friend loves typhoon lagoon.

We also went to volcano bay last year and didn’t like that one at all. They had a strange system where you booked a slot for a ride but then still had to queue and there seemed to be a lot of hanging around waiting to go on things as you couldn’t go on until it was your time slot. I wouldn’t recommend that one.

Of Disney’s two water parks, Blizzard Beach is geared more toward the older members of the family as it has more slides with height restrictions than Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. My eldest dc loved this water park and thought the ski-resort theme was cool. His favourite thrill slides were Summit Plummet and Downhill Double Dipper. He also enjoyed going head-to-head with the other seven competitors on Toboggan Racers.That said, there are still several activities for the little ones.

Don’t rule out Aquatica, it has some great slides and we found the queue times much more manageable than the Disney waterparks (although TyphoonLagoon & Blizzard Beach are both fab).

Volcano bay.

The 2 Disney ones are getting a bit older now and not so great rides. Volcano bay was brand new last year, loads to do for all ages and all round amazing.

We didn't get to aquatica last time but it will be our first port of call next time around. Only heard good things about it.
