Where in Ibiza that is nice, relaxing and has beautiful beaches

I am planning a holiday with DH in Ibiza and am looking for a nice, relaxing resort with beautiful beaches/calas nearby and which is not full of the party crowd. We have been in Formentera twice and loved it but want to try something different. We will be in Valencia visiting family so the Balearic Islands are convenient for a short break. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have never been there, but am sure those who have will reply soon with advice. However I was planning to go there at one stage (and would still like to eventually) and when I was reading up on it, bookmarked this website which was helpful for info and ideas:

We went to Portinatx last year, no clubs that I could see but a family friendly beach and lots of places to eat.
