Coeliac in Paris

With all the bakeries and patisseries, how easy will it be to eat in Paris?

We are doing AirBNB (near the Louvre), so will have cooking facilities. Do supermarkets have gluten free ranges? We are there for 6 days.

Any restaurant recommendations?

I went to Paris with gf DS2 a few years ago and stayed near the only gf restaurant I could find in Montmartre.
That doesn't seem to exist any more, but this gf blog has lots of options from last year.

The other thing that's useful is to have a Gf card with the French description of what you can and can't eat.

I've got an app GF card that has a variety of languages
