I'm tempted by the baths but are they unclean?

Baths are fine. I would do the funicular, the Fisherman's Bastion, the jewish quarter and a Ruin pub.

Try to stop at Margaret Gardens (it’s a huge municipal and botanical garden on the big bridge) - it’s beautiful and you can borrow a pedal-power car to go for a potter about. Lovely.

The baths, (I liked the local Kiraly baths, also v cheap!). The castle, the foodmarket adn Jewish Quarter.
