Picking up nappies from boots at outbound airport for Ryanair flight?

Has anyone done this?

I've seen LOTS of parents say order all your baby nappies, wipes, etc from the boots at the airport on click and collect and it sounds like a good plan to save on suitcase weight.

But is it restricted in terms of being classed as hand luggage? Or is it classed as duty free even though it's not?

If anyone's done this, especially on Ryanair I'd love to know if it's okay or not. We will be flying Manchester to Majorca.

I would check with them on their livechat they are usually very helpful. Last time we went it was ok but that was last year so who knows with Ryanair.
Just another thing as it's terminal 3 Manchester just take empty water bottles through security there's a water fountain on the passage that leads to the toilets at the side of the bar.
There's definitely a boots airside
