haven't been to spain for a couple of years, what are prices like in restaurants, etc at the moment?

Not sure on current pricing but can recommend good restaurent etc.
Been few times to Cala n Bosch, last time was 4 years ago but friends have been since.
We found the Marina good in the evenings - 7ish wander down for dinner with dd (2 at time of last trip), leisurely meal then walk around people watching with poss stop for a post dinner drink. The best restaurant was "the duck one" can't remember exact name but has sign with duck on it. Varied menu for both adults (menorcan specialities, paella, pasta, burgers, steaks, fish and vege options) and kids (not just nuggets & chips but pasta dishes, soups etc), friends reported that staff are still first rate and very willing to chat to and entertain kids.
We also picked up odd bits and pieces from supermarket whilst we were out as it was open until about 10pm.
We did't bother with the Fun Train, just walked and used buggy when dd got tired.
If you have a car there is a good supermarket just outside Cuitadelia (sp?)on way to Cala n Bosch which is cheaper and wider choice than in resort centre.
Enjoy your hols

There is a lovely waterpark on the outskirts of Cala'n'Bosch. Dh & I went with the dds for the day when we were staying at Santo Tomas a few years back. Would also recommend eating round the harbour in the evenings as plenty of restaurants competing for your custom and a very pleasant place to dine.
