This may be a daft question for all you seasoned travellers out there but here goes...

When you book a holiday through one of these Companies and you pay for transfers to/from your accommodation, how does it work? I usually book through Tui or Jet2 and upon arrival at the destination, would look for the Tui or Jet2 rep who then directs me to the correct coach.

I assume that Travel Republic and the other similar companies don't actually have reps at the airport so how do you find your transfer?

Card held up by the arrivals area or they will tell you where to meet the shuttle bus ( like airport parking).
Travel Republic has a transfers page with a phone number on so you could check if your destination would be best served by them or private transfer.

I would always ask on TripAdvisir forums too. Plenty of local advice on how much transport from the airport costs. Might be better off paying local rates than from a third party in the UK.

They should send you an email once booked to explain about transfers.
Just pray it's not Eros!!

Firstly you need to check you have booked a transfer and not flight + hotel.

Assuming you have, they should tell you how to find the transfer, which could be a taxi or minibus.

You will be emailed the transfer information. I always print them off (twice), in a crowded airport it’s easier than just showing your phone screen.
Back up paper evidence has been useful, in the past as a result of miss communication.

Thanks everyone, I eventually booked and they did email me a transfer voucher with clear instructions where I need to go once I have collected my luggage.
