European camping with 9+12yo recommendations for July please

We would like to take our boys camping in Europe at the beginning of the summer holidays for 2 weeks.
They like rock-pooling, snorkelling, fishing, horses, kayaks, staring at their phones and arguing with each other.

Any ideas?
We are Nw England so I have to consider driving to ferries or flying and hiring a car.
