Salou Spain? Flights are short as is not too far, salou has a lovely beach, lots of restaurants and cafes. Large theme park (portaventura : Ferrari world) with a water park next too it and another water park a few KMs away.
You can bike ride along the beach, water sports etc.
Then you could rent a villa near by?
It’s got its own airport Or you can go to Barcelona and transfer down

Hotel Poiano in Garda is fab. Book flights to Verona and apartment at the hotel direct on its website plus a hire car.

Massive swimming pool, tennis courts, football etc there, and with your hire car loads of wonderful places nearby to visit eg cable car up to Monte Baldo, boat across the lake, Sirmione etc. Also Venice if you want to go further afield for a day trip.
