Greece with only child age 9 and no car

We fancy going to Greece in the Summer Hols as DH has never been. DD is 9 and we would love to find somewhere where she has the opportunity to meet other kids or keep busy with activities.
Also, we don't want to hire a car, so somewhere with good transport links/ shuttle bus or walkable amenities. Is this all possible!??
Thanks for reading

The Atlantica Holiday Villages are very good for children that age and both the one on Kos and the one on Rhodes are ok for getting about without a car.
