Warwick castle trip - accommodation needed please for half term

Hi, I am really struggling trying to find accommodation near Warwick castle. I can't seem to find any family rooms, they all want us to have two rooms and the cheapest so far is £136 per night for B&B at Stoneleigh!

I will try the Hilton tomorrow for any offers they may have but does anyone else have any suggestions please?

We are also thinking of visiting Conkers, does anyone know how far it is from the castle?

Thanks

When do you want it for? We're pretty close and might be able to come up with some suggestios for you.

check here for Forth House Guest House, 2 mins from Warwick Castle

Conkers is off junction 11 M42 so probably about an hour away

SecondhandRose, we are thinking of doing a similar trip but basing ourselves in Brum, where heaps of good "corporate" hotels right in the much-improved centre do good off-peak family room deals. Maybe doing Warwick one day and Cadbury World the next.

Have booked The Glebe Hotel in Barford throught the net. Half way between Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. Going at half term for 3 nights so I will report back on our cultural trip. We've got 3 nights DBB, 2 rooms all for an extortionate £600 but they have a pool and beauty salon too that should be nice.
