What should I need for a short break in the way of clothes? I always send up with either too much or not enough. We're going out next week temps are about 18/22

Think of layers, T-shirts, cardigan or fleece, long trousers but also some shorts. Take some lightweight waterproof jacket as well.

At this time of year you'll spot the brits a mile off as they'll be wearing summer clothes and the Spaniards will still be wearing coats and boots.
Weather has been a bit iffy out there recently, so definitely take a rainmac. Layers is the way to go, and co-ordinate colours so you can mix and match outfits.

I've just come back from Spain. The weather was quite mixed, so definitely take layers. When the sun came out, it was hot enough to sunbathe and for a dip in the pool, but we also had torrential rain. A light jacket/cardigan was fine for evenings.

Thanks, good tip re rain jacket, I have a packaway one I can take, and am fairly boring with colours so mostly it's white or blue!
