Looking for Easter Day/s out

I have a couple of days off next week and fancy doing something with the kids. Ds is 9yo and dd is almost 12yo. He'd rather be on his Xbox and she'd rather be in Primark. I'm trying to think of something I can do on my own with them. They've done the London thing.

Happy to stay overnight somewhere for one night. I was looking at Go Ape but I'm not sure dd would like it.

Any ideas?
