Lisbon neighbourhoods help please

We're planning a trip to Lisbon in June with some friends. We're all relatively fit people who really don't mind a walk from the accommodation to restaurants/ bars/ sights but I wondered if there were any people on here who know Lisbon well enough to advise on just how far out this property on Air BnB might be?

Probably 30 minutes walk from Baixa- Chiado metro, but there will obviously be restaurants etc nearer the Airbnb. Depends where you want to go, but you can use Google maps directions to get walking time estimates as well as metro and tram journey times. Citymapper app is also good. Keep in mind that most of Lisbon is very hilly. I stayed in Alfama and that was an easy walk into the centre, although lots of hills and steps if you wanted to explore Alfama or the neighbouring area around the castle.

If you add the Airbnb to your favourites (heart symbol) then look at the Airbnb map, it will give you a more accurate location than that big circle on the listing page. You can also often work out the exact location by reading the reviews and/or using the photos and Google maps streetview. Or just message the host and ask, at least for the name of the street, if they ask why say you are a light sleeper and want to know if it's on a busy road.

I used www.lisbon-holiday-apartments.com they have quite a few apartments in Alfama and also some in Baixa (commercial centre). Was cheaper than Airbnb options in December as they had an offer on, not sure about June though.

If you are towards the river side of Alfama then you have a flat walk into Baixa, think it was about 20 minutes for me, but will depend obviously. I was about 5 minutes walk West of Santa Apolonia station, obviously the walk to Baixa will be even shorter if you are closer to the Baixa side. Also if you are near the Santa Apolonia station side of Alfama it's only 2 stops on the metro or a 25 minute (flat) walk and the station was also useful for easy arrival and departure as well as a starting point for day trips.
