Family day out with teens

Is this an impossibility? Looking for somewhere that we can go for a family day out with DS 15 and DD 13 that also has some interest for DH and I.
Can anyone suggest places they've enjoyed with their teens? We're in the south east (50 minutes from London), but also interested in further away places as we'd incorporate them into a short break.

Mine still love the safari park - our local one also has rides if that interests your, but we just love going to see the animals.

Ours also enjoy climbing a mountain / walking in the Peaks or Wales or somewhere.

Horse riding?

If they're interested in history or tech, they might enjoy Bletchley park near Milton Keynes. (Home of the WW2 codebreakers).

We love going there and go at least once a year-learning new stuff each time.

I saw a family iPhone photography session at the Southbank I thought my teens might like

South Bank good generally. My 15 yo DS is now at an age where he thinks anything other than London is shit. Hmm

Or an escape room

Escape room is a genius idea!
