Relaxing Warm Week Away

Ok folks so there will be myself 34 and my DM 71. Looking at going last week of October beginning November. DM has slight mobility issues, sometimes uses a stick, can't walk too far, waiting on knee replacement. I have been so ill this year I just want to get away and relax.

What I am looking for:
Warm!!!!
Relaxing hotel/aparthotel type
Pool
Possibly spa facilities
Good food
Good drink
Possibly near a sandy beach
There to be nice restaurants and bars etc within walking/short cab ride distance
Interesting things to do in the area should we decide not to be lazy one day, so not anything that would need booked in advance.
Flying from Dublin. Would rather not cost a fortune in flights (I could look into cheap flight to uk and then cheap flight to destination from there as this might work - more cheap carriers in uk)
Not too expensive - been off work sick two and a half months. No sick pay! So not uber rich at the moment.

Basically I am just in need of a getaway somewhere warm and relaxing to put everything behind me.

Sorry for the long list and cheers in advance.

Coral Bay in Paphos, Cyprus, is calm and friendly, with a lovely harbour with coloured fishing boats, boat-trips and a fun covered market. You can stroll to Paphos Castle, which has brilliant views. A short walk from the harbour you’ll see ancient mosaics (the site at Kato) from Roman times. I’d go for either Coral Beach Hotel Resort or Sentido Thalassa Coral Bay.
