Family holiday - 4 & 6 yo

We're looking for a family holiday in August. I've looked at Neilson and Tui Family Life so far. Both seem to be about the same-ish cost-wise. Approx £4k / £5k. I love the idea of all inclusive (haven't done before) because it just sounds easy and I've been told that Tui Family Life are fab for kids our age. I don't want to sound snobby but I'm wondering if it will be right for me & DH? We're not really into the idea of evening "entertainment" (I went on Thompson family holidays as a teenager in the mid-90s, perhaps things have changed?). Our kids would think it was the best thing ever (Centre Parcs mini disco is just about ok. And that's done and dusted in an hour and a half 😂) I'm much more of a beach / spa person, but that's not realistic now we have kids.

We haven't been away for a few years and I'd like the break this year. In an idea world, we'd find a nice villa and potter around with the girls, try local cuisine and having lazy days on a beach. But this is never going to be the reality without ending up cooking / washing up / organising activities / we'd all argue / our kids would get bored and whine.

Any advice for an easy / non cringe holiday?

Jet2 Adriana Beach Club in Villamoura Portugal. We did it in August for £2000 but we did get a free child place. All inclusive, right on the beach, mainly caters to the French so the evening entertainment and mini disco seemed much less Butlins style than previous holidays we have been on.

Thanks! I'll have a look. That sounds more like it :)
