£3k European family resort holiday (that isn't too Pontins/Butlins!)

I'll just start by adding a caveat that we do an annual pontins trip with SunHolidays and have great time but if I'm spending 10x the amount, want to at least feel it's slightly more upmarket!

. I (clearly stupidly Blush) thought £3k would buy us a week in the summer if not all inclusive, then at least half board but really struggling to find anywhere and the places I do find have such variable reviews it does worry me they will be grotty. Any suggestions for the following requirements:

Fly from Gatwick
Decent activities for 11 & 13 year olds they can either do on their own or organised by/with us - swimming pool(s), basketball/football/tennis courts, beach volleyball, maybe a games type room where the kids congregate. I would love somewhere they can have some freedom and independence, make some friends but safe enough so I'm not constantly worrying about them.
We'd love AI hotel but would consider an apartment on a complex
Choice of places to eat - we usually like a mix of local cuisine and usual holiday fare (pizza etc)

Literally anywhere is fine, we expect anti-social hours flights for our budget and looking to go 3rd week of July.

Pierre et Vacances Holiday village Cap Esterel. The apartments themselves are a little outdated and could do with a refurb but in every other way it would tick all your criteria. There are about 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance, it’s close to the beach, has an excellent water park, high ropes etc....

You could do a eurocamp style holiday (but book direct with the site not with eurocamp) in a mobile home. Loads of kids, activities, water slides, independence, bike riding for the kids.

We have been to this place (at one Easter a few years back) and its coming out at £3k for one week AI exactly that week including the £100 discount code. Waterpark just over road, beach close, pool and activities on site, nice apartments. Food was reasonable. Seemed safe and things are very closeby.

Its Marina Park Hotel in Menorca if link does not work.

Holiday village turkey would work for you as they consider kids as kids to 13 so the rooms work (patition between kids and adults sleeping areas) whereas many others won’t let you. Loads going on for that age. You’d just get in about £3k
