Any recommendations for hotels or apartments in Lisbon for a family of 4 with 2 young kids? I’ve heard the Belém area is a good base for families. Thanks Smile

We stayed in the Jorge V hotel - Central location, large rooms and good breakfast. It's also really easy to get to from the bus station.

Belem is far from the centre though. I would stay in the very centre in the flat bit (Baixa) with young kids. The apartment rental company I used was good but I think they only have apartments in the Alfama area.

Thanks for your tips. The Jorge V is sold out on our dates unfortunately. Some lovely apartments on that link, I’ll take a look Smile

Lisbon Family Hostel in the quiet Alvalade area, around three kilometres from the airport. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There’s a shared kitchen for guest use, as well as a communal BBQ area in the garden which also features a furnished terrace and a netted trampoline. There’s also a playroom and a TV room. Bikes can be hired on site.
