Weather in Hong Kong in April

We are going to Hong Kong in just over a week and I was wondering whether anyone can’t advise me on what to expect from the weather.
I’ve looked online but there’s a lot of contradicting advice!
Thanks

I went April 2015 for a fortnight. It was about 27/28°C every day, very humid, rained a few times in massive downpours but stayed warm.

That’s what we had. It’s beginning to build up to the summer cyclone season but it’s ok!

Wettest times tend to be the summer months. I have been several times in April and had glorious weather, not too hot (around 27) and dry. However, would definitely have an umbrella in my bag.

April here tends to be quite hot - between 25 and 30 - and probably will feel very hot if you aren't used to heat. The humidity means it feels hotter! Carry an umbrella and prepare to have frizzy hair from the humidity.
