Who to book with for package holiday

I want to book a holiday for August 2020 in the Balearics, or mainland Spain. I've only been abroad twice in my adult life and both times I've just walked into the local travel agent and went with whatever looked nice in my budget, we ended up booking with Tui, but I was booking for off peak times and so got good deals.

This time I'm limited to the last 3 weeks of August. It's just myself and 2 kids they'll be 8 & 13. I want a package holiday as I don't want the extra stress of sorting out transport etc as well as 2 children. (Last year DS started projectile vomiting just as we went down for early breakfast to get the coach home, after dealing with that all the way home I'm impressed I'm taking them abroad again)

I know what I want, (hotel, half board or all inclusive, nice pool, evening entertainment, nowhere rowdy, or Costa Del England, and as cheap as possible!) but I don't know which companies I could book through. I've looked at Tui and Jet 2, jet2 are significantly cheaper. But are there other companies I'm missing? Google isn't helping much.

Also any recommendations for areas. I love Costa Del Almeria which is where we've been the last 2 times as it's very very Spanish, but in August it will be too hot for my red headed, translucient skinned DS who'll be 8. (Although if I find anywhere cheap enough I'm tempted to just smother him in factor 50, and stick him in the pool for 10 days.

Jet2holidays are great and if you put your requirements in their deals section, even now, you can filter down to then look through to find something that suits.

You might find it a little less hot, but still with very strong sun, if you go further north, eg Costa Dorada but I don't know which areas are more spanish - it's a long time since I've been up that way.

Parts of the Costa Brava are gorgeous and it is a bit cooler but still lovely and warm.

I like Jet2 as well. Good customer service and competitive prices.

Another vote for Jet2. Just booked my 4th holiday with them, never had any problems and usually find good prices.

I always go with Tui. They've just introduced paying in installments as well which takes the weight off.
