Venice recommendations

Hi
I'm off to Venice with 2 teenagers in May and after family friendly ideas for food and things to do ( apart from the usual sight seeing) stuff

We went to Venice last year with a 7 year old and had a fantastic time. We did a boat trip that took us to some of the small villages outside of the main island plus a food tour. Both were brilliant and our 7 year old was totally catered for - she loved it!

There are some lovely very reasonably priced places to eat if you go back away from the main tourist areas.

Venice is only small so just have a wander, you will probably get lost but you can find your way easily enough to somewhere you recognise.
